Hotel Laguna is located in Crimea in one of the most picturesque parts of the region Alushta, in the resort town Utes, just in 20 meters from the beach. The hotel is a five-storey complex with well-appointed double rooms, each with a balcony and huge panoramic windows. In the hotel there is a bar with a summer outdoor terrace.An old park of Rayevskys former estate with a large number of southern and exotic plants is stretched in 100 meters.

	Cancelation Terms / Prepayment	Prepayment in the amount of 1 night of acommodation. In case of cancellation up to 15 days before the date of arrival - fee will not be charged.
	Children and extra beds	Placing for children under 3 years old without extra bed is free of charge. Cost of placing for children over 3 years and adults at extra beds is a 50 UAH.
	Pets	Accomdation of pets must be agreed with administration of the hotel.
