Hotel "Vlada" is located in the town Utes and is a two-level structure of the original architecture with separate entrances in 20 meters from the sea. All rooms are distinguished by the originality of the interior, made on individual projects. All 15 rooms are equipped with split-systems, elegant furniture, Wi-Fi internet, they have furnished balconies that offer views of Mount Castel, the Bear Mountain and the expanse of sea elements. The hotel has its own private beach equipped with sunshades and deck chairs, and offers a variety of food in the cafe on the customized menu.

	Cancelation Terms / Prepayment	Prepayment in the amount of 2 nights of acommodation. In case of cancellation of reservation the amount of prepayment is not returned.
	Children and extra beds	Placing for children under 6 years old without extra bed is free of charge. Cost of placing children in age from 6 to 15 years at extra beds is a 80 UAH, for children under 15 years and adults - 120 UAH.
	Pets	Pets are not allowed.
