Villa "Elena" is a 1912 building, built by order of S-Petersburg merchant, and a 22-bedroom exclusive apartments of various sizes. The rooms meet the highest international standards of hotel business, and the level of service is comparable with the European five-star hotels. All rooms are designed in the Renaissance style and include a living room, bathroom and guest bathroom, kitchen with dining area and a balcony with views of the sea surface, the park area or embankment located 25 m from the villa. 	Registration	Check-out time - until 12.00. Check-in time - 13.00.
	Cancelation Terms / Prepayment	Advance payment of 100% of the total order value. If canceled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled later or in case of no-show, will be charged per night.
	Children and extra beds	Children under 6 years are free of charge without extra bed. Extra bed is 550 UAH. per person a day.
	Pets	Pets are coordinated with the hotel in advance. For guests with pets available room on the ground floor. Staying with small animals, birds in cages, miniature breeds dogs. For owners of large dogs can be accommodated in a spacious residence, on the first floor of the mansion.
