Vintage-hotel "Novyi Svet" hospitably opened its doors in 2012 and is a modern 4-storey building in classic Mediterranean style. The hotel offers to be accommodated in 40 stylish rooms overlooking the sea or the mountains, all decorated in unique design and equipped with necessary furniture, LCD TV set with cable TV, free Internet access, mini-bar, coffee/tea sets, coffee table and chairs, balcony/terrace, telephone for internal communication, digital scales, electronic safe, hair-dryer, dressing table. At services of guests is a restaurant, which will offer guests a wide choice of Mediterranean dishes and wonderful views of Novyi Svet Bay. Laguna Bay is a bar-cafe on the shore of the sea, where guests can taste dishes and drinks throughout the day. Hotel "New Light" is unique archive of photos of Galitsyn period of the end of XIX century. In addition, there is own wine cellar, where situated collection of wines.
