A large four-storey house with a sauna for 3 rooms are available for a large company of 10-12 people. On the ground floor is a kitchen (stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, utensils, sink, dining table), bathroom (shower, WC). 	Cancelation Terms / Prepayment	A deposit of 35% of the total order value (50% in the period from 28.12 - 11.01). If canceled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled later or in case of no-show, 100% prepayment.
	Children and extra beds	Children under 7 years old without extra bed are free of charge. There is not a possibility for an extra bed.
