	Cancelation Terms / Prepayment	If canceled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled later, the first night will be charged.
	Children and extra beds	One child under 16 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 12 years are charged RUB 300 per night for extra beds. All further older children or adults are charged RUB 500 per night for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
