In the architecture of mini-hotel "Uyut" ("Comfort") embodied the most bold design decisions, it's perfect for a luxury family vacation. The complex consists of two buildings: the first - a three-storey - consists of three two-and three-bedroom "luxury" and "apartments", each of which occupies one floor; the second - two-storeyed - includes two double room - "luxury suite." Each room has its own kitchen and dining room, washing machine, bathroom unit with shower, TV and air-conditioner, balcony. In the green area of the hotel there are a wooden pavilion and parking.

	General	Round-the-clock registration and services of guests, kitchen with dining-room in each room.
	Sports & Recreation	Gazebo, barbeque area, barbeque, excursions, city beach (300 m away from the hotel).
	Services	Room service, transfer from/to the hotel, loundry and ironing service, call taxi, ambulance, tour service, booking tickets to the theatre, dolphinarium, aquarium.
	Internet	No Internet access.
	Parking	Free guarded parking on the territory of the hotel.

	Registration	Check in / check out - 12.00.
	Cancelation Terms / Prepayment	Prepayment in the amount of 2 nights of acommodation. Reservation can be changed or removed 14 days before your arrival. In case of non-arrival to the booked room the amount of prepayment is not returned.
	Children and extra beds	Children accepted from 3 year. The price of additional place for children from 3 until 7 - May-June is 50 UAH; July - August - 100 UAH.
	Pets	Pets are not allowed.
	Accepted credit cards	Credit card payment is not provided.
