Private hotel Fortuna situated in the picturesque town Utes and is a 6-storey landscaped complex, located next to the old manor park of princes Gagarin in 50 m from the sea. Hotel room fund is presented by single and double suites with balconies or terraces overlooking the sea, providing the highest level of service and comfort. The high level of service is also provided with extras: sauna, tennis courts, table tennis and billiards, diving, massage, free high speed internet and food in the cafe on the customized menu.

	Cancelation Terms / Prepayment	Prepayment in the amount of 2 nights of acommodation. In case of cancellation of reservation 10 days before the arrival, fee will not be charged.
	Children and extra beds	Placing for children under 7 years old without extra bed is free of charge. Cost of placing children in age from 7 to 16 years at extra beds is a 50 UAH per person per night. Cost of placing children over 16 years and adults at extra beds is 75 UAH per person per night.
	Pets	Pets are not allowed.
	Accepted credit cards	Credit card payment is not provided.
