Private manor "Katrusya" was built in 2008 and has a territory of 0,3 hectares. The estate is located in 300 m from ski resort Bukovel and is a two-storey house with six rooms, ready to receive 13 guests at the same time. The hotel has four standard rooms, one double room and one triple room (two rooms are continuous rooms).
