The hotel offers its guests 62 comfortable rooms of different comfort levels: "Classic", "Standard", "Junior" and "Lux", equipped with all necessary amenities - single, double beds, a TV, wardrobe, desk, minibar, air conditioning, mini-safe, luggage space, telephone, hairdryer and private bathroom with shower or bath. Most rooms have a balcony with stunning views of the city. Breakfast on the system "buffet" resting in a posh hotel offers Italian restaurant "Primavera", which has its own entrance across the street. There is also a cozy lobby bar for 20 people with bar and coffee-shop "Perfect Coffee", decorated in retro style. And for conducting business meetings , seminars, corporate events at the hotel "Reykarts Zhitomir" provided a spacious conference room for 80 people.
