Slavske: tourist advice
If you want to have a good rest in the Carpathians, the best choice is a trip to the village Slavske. The spa area is located in a beautiful valley between the mountain ranges of the Gorgon and Beskid, at the confluence of the two rivers Opor and Slavko.
The most common entertainment in Slavske in winter is, of course, skiing and snowboarding. There are a lot of mountains in Slavske, so a good choice of slopes of different difficulty levels will satisfy both professionals and beginners. Many slopes on the mountains: Trostyan, Polytechnik, Vysokiy Verkh, Menchil, Zakhar Berkut are of modern quality level and have passed European certification. Many slopes are equipped with rope tow elevators, and some are equipped with chair elevators.
Skiing and snowboarding are pleasantly complemented by an opportunity to rent a sledge or snowmobiles. Any even the most romantic person can't resist snowmobile riding through Slavske's natural attractions, especially since you can organize such a walk at funny prices for such entertainment. The most popular place for such a ride is the mountain lake Khashevanskoye, which is located two kilometers away from Slavske. If you take a photo, have a good ride, and in the evening you will always remember this day with mulled wine and kebab. Holidays in Slavske in summer are just as rich in entertainment. Among summer entertainment in Slavske, many are attracted by hiking in the picturesque virgin lands of the local mountains, the beauty of which is breathtaking. Also, for fishing enthusiasts, the locals can show you the quiet secluded places where the trout itself goes to your hands. Recently, Slavske has added another one to its many attractions. In several places in Slavske, you can rent a map of the area and a mountain bike to take a ride on specially designed trails for such purposes. Both in winter and summer, the village has fine restaurants with cuisine to suit all tastes, but it is especially notable for its traditional Carpathian menu, which is prepared by locals using recipes passed down from generation to generation, from parent to child. Modern entertainment is also not alien to Slavske. Due to resort's popularity and year-round good attendance, billiard and bowling clubs have opened in the village in recent years. There are night clubs and bars in different parts of the town. And to improve the conditions for recreation of the beautiful floor are open SPA-salons. After skiing or walking in the mountains, a great entertainment is a hike in the sauna. Thank God, there are no problems with quality and variety of choice in Slavske. Many mini-hotels have their own saunas for the comfort of tourists.
If you want interesting, comfortable and not expensive rest, you won't find better Slavske on the whole map of Ukraine.
